Born and raised in Italy, my father ran his own interior design and furniture business and my mother had an unbridled passion for working with flowers.
I grew up breathing design, colours, and all things beautiful!
A decade ago, I moved to Miami and had the wonderful experience of working with lots of South American culture and style and when I met my husband, I moved to Toronto, graduated from the highly renowned Wedding Planner Institute of Canada (WPIC) and I obtained my International Certification as a wedding planner and wedding coordinator; founded Bweddings in 2014.
A few years later with two young children, we wanted to be closer to family and we had the opportunity to move to Chicago where I became an ordained minister by the American Marriage Ministries (AMM).
All of these incredible experiences have shaped my knowledge of a wide variety of cultures and have influenced my polished and unique personal style.

Wedding Coordinator
Vonna has been working in events for the last 4 years. Since a teenager she has been the known friend or family member to plan and/or assist others with events. Her first event role was in the Higher Ed setting working at Chicago's well known school DePaul University. She is passionate about making sure your special day is just as you envisioned.
When not working, Vonna is spending time with her two sons and fiance. She enjoys cooking, setting up new home decor and exploring new restaurants around Chicago.
Wedding Coordinator
Brittani joined the Bweddings' team in 2022 after working as a wedding assistant for the past 2 years in Chicago. As an outgoing person, Brittani would volunteer to plan the social events and holiday parties for the non-profits she worked at full-time. This eventually led to working as an event coordinator full-time at a University while also networking with and meeting local Chicago planners. She even took on the vision and plan for her own wedding in September 2022. Outside of coordinating events, Brittani enjoys planning fun activities for her husband and son, exploring new restaurants all over the city and researching her next vacation!
Senior Assistant Coordinator
A nearly 10 year veteran of the wedding industry, Christiane (better known as Chrissy) got her start in the catering sector.
Working for small family businesses, she was able to sample all aspects of hospitality services and weddings are what caught her eye and kept her coming back.
Born in Chicago but raised in Greece as a child, she was blessed to watch different cultures collide and watch something new and beautiful emerge. When she’s not making wedding day dreams come true, Chrissy can be found experimenting with new cuisines in the kitchen, much to the delight of her fiancée and children!
Junior Assistant Coordinator
Janelle joined Bweddings' team in 2021 to assist with day-of events.
A born Illinois resident, Janelle has been working events and weddings since she came to Chicago 7 years ago. She got introduced to events in the University setting and was able to expand her scope after being introduced to various contacts across the events field. She is passionate about making sure your special day is just as you envisioned.
When Janelle isn’t assisting with weddings and events, she is a full-time case worker and cat mom and she is usually out and about exploring all the great activities and opportunities across Chicago, especially the Lakefront.
