Barbara, who hails from Italy, established Bweddings in 2014 during her time in Toronto. She holds certifications from the Wedding Planner Institute of Canada and is an ordained minister with the American Marriage Ministries.
In 2019, Barbara relocated to Chicago and has since been orchestrating weddings on a global scale.
Barbara is highly sought after for her expertise in curating personalized and unique weddings that reflect the couple’s style and preferences.
Whether it is a grand celebration or an intimate affair, Barbara and her team is dedicated to making every wedding a truly special and memorable event.
When she is not planning and designing events, Barbara enjoys spending time with her two kids and husband, planning trips and binge watching reality shows!
Assistant Coordinator
A nearly decade-long veteran of the wedding industry, Christiane, also known as Chrissy, initially embarked on her career in the catering sector. Her experience was enriched by working with small family-owned businesses, where she had the opportunity to explore every facet of hospitality services. It was the weddings that particularly captivated her, leading to her continued involvement and passion for the industry. Born in Chicago but raised in Greece, Chrissy was fortunate to witness the blending of various cultures.
Chrissy enjoys experimenting with diverse cuisines in her kitchen, a hobby that brings joy to her family, especially her husband and children.
LEAD wedding Coordinator
In 2021, Janelle became a member of Bweddings' team, where she initially supported day-of events before eventually rising to the position of Lead Coordinator. Originally from Illinois, Janelle has dedicated her career to the event and wedding industry, having arrived in Chicago seven years prior. Her initial exposure to event planning occurred within the university setting, which broadened her expertise through connections she made within the industry. Janelle is deeply committed to ensuring that each client's special day reflects their unique vision.
Janelle enjoys spending time with her cats and walking around the city.
Assistant Coordinator
As a mother who spends her days at home and dedicates her weekends and nights to wedding assistance, Julia finds immense joy in all aspects of weddings. Her responsibilities range from setting up decorations to ensuring the comfort of the couple on their special day, to meticulously cleaning up after the wedding festivities.
In her perspective, being an integral part of a couple's most significant day and contributing to its lasting memory for their guests is an incredibly rewarding experience. Julia is known for her relentless energy and dedication, especially during the wedding day and the night that follows.
Her primary goal is to bring joy to others and to ensure their satisfaction.
