Barbara is amazing!!
She is very organized, was always available when needed, and is flexible/supportive to make every couple's vision real! She is so friendly and really a pleasure to work with. She always kept us on our projected planning timeline. We never lost track of payment plans or had trouble with contracts because Barbara was always there to offer advice and had organized this for us. If an issue did arise, Barbara was quick to have it taken care of. Barbara has a website portal where she keeps everything for the couple including budget, contracts, timeline, checklist, etc. and she even created our wedding website for us, navigated RSVPs, coordinated stationary design/ordering, and many, many more tasks where she went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. She wears many hats as she even created and provided our backdrop for us to meet our wedding vision. I spoke with a bride who had a different planner and she noticed how dedicated and interactive Barbara was compared to her own. Everyone had an amazing time and I am still getting complements and stories about how amazing our day was, even a month later!

When we started planning our wedding, we weren't sure if we would need a wedding planner...but my wife and I can both say that bringing on Barbara and the Bweddings team was one of the best decisions we made. They eased our anxiety during the whole process and made the 3 months leading up to the wedding enjoyable. Most importantly, the week of and day of our wedding were better than we could have imagined because we didn't have to worry about any of the small details, they had it handled. They took all of the small to-do's off of our plate like contacting each vendor, organizing our rehearsal, creating a crazy in-depth timeline and even making sure the reception space was decorated perfectly. I honestly thought I did not need a wedding planner but thank God I hired one! Having Barbra's expertise knowledge went a long way in making my dream day come true. It was s such a relief to have someone not only to run ideas by, but who understood my vision and worked around the clock to make it happen. My wedding day was such a dream because Barbra and her team ensured that all I received that day was pure perfection. When Barbara started as a coordinator 12 weeks out from the wedding date it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders.
She coordinated the timeline and responsibilities with all our vendors, did a walk through with us at the wedding venue, and distributed all of the tips on the day of. I added on extra coverage for one of her assistants to gather all the personal items at the end of the night and put them in our hotel room, which I would 100% recommend; it allowed all our family to relax and enjoy the party instead of having to worry about a late-night responsibility.

We had an amazing experience with Barbara as our lead wedding planner. From day one she was extremely helpful and always coming up with helpful solutions for each step of the wedding process.
Our wedding was also delayed by 10 months, which means that we worked with Barbara for almost two years. When things became stressful due to COVID she used her wedding industry expertise to make sure that everything went smoothly with our wedding.

We frantically reached out to Barbara and from the very first email (received within 30 minutes of our original email, on a Saturday) we knew she would have everything under control. And she did!
They squeezed us into their already-packed schedules, but we would never have known they had any other clients in how responsive and organized they were. Both Barbara and Chrissy always knew the right questions to ask and kept all our vendors clear, even in the chaos of a Covid-era wedding.

They were very helpful in the lead-up to the wedding, and had a lot of suggestions that we would not have thought of ourselves. They reviewed vendor contracts to ensure that everything was fulfilled and squared away. Bweddings' online tool was very helpful - we loved being able to build a comprehensive timeline that made everything run more smoothly.
They attended our rehearsal dinner and helped give our wedding party a very helpful rundown of the wedding day events. On our wedding day itself, it was such a relief to have them at our venue coordinating deliveries, set-ups and vendors.

My husband and I realized that we needed day of support for our wedding and found Barbara -we are so happy that we did for a multitude of reasons! Barbara started providing "Day of" support very far in advance, coordinating a venue visit, collecting information from our vendors, and providing us with a template for day of activities that we didn't even realize we had to do! We were so lucky to have her because our venue contact ended up quitting less than one month before our wedding day, and many details to our ceremony and reception were lost when they left. We were devastated and extremely nervous that our wedding wouldn't go well. Fortunately, Barbara had taken such detailed notes that we were able to inform our new venue contact about all of the finer details (seating arrangements, ceremony set set up, etc.) that had gone "missing" and ended up having the most AMAZING wedding day! We can't thank Barbara enough for her support and highly recommend her affordable services.
Barbara was great. She had good communication, she was accessible when I questions or concerns, the site she provided with a personalized time-line was very helpful, and her assistant both worked very hard to make my husband and I happy and carefree during our ceremony.
