What should couples know about your pricing?

Our packages' prices are upfront and flat fee no matter how big or small and how much you spend on your overall wedding. Investment starts at $1950.
We are able to keep price lower than average in the city because we are a boutique company accepting a limited number of couples each year.

What is your typical process for working with new couples?

We aim to meet our new couples in person or over a virtual meeting to get to know each other and to make sure we both fit on a personal level.
We discuss their vision, ideas, needs and concerns. We then suggest the best service that fits their needs to make sure we cover everything.

Do you take referral fees or kickbacks?

We do not. As a member of the Wedding Planner Institute of Canada (WPIC), we maintain and abide by their strict code of ethics and each vendor or venue is suggested solely based on their merit.  

How many weddings do you take per day?

We usually work on only one wedding per weekend as we accept a limited number of couples each year, this allows us to provide the highest level of customer service and attention to details to everyone of our couples.
However given all the rescheduling and postponement for 2021 and 2022 we might have two weddings on the same weekend, this means we'll have two teams of experienced and professional wedding coordinators.

Why should I hire Bweddings as my wedding planner?

I started my career in the hospitality industry back in Italy about 15 years ago where I had my own company as a personal chef for private events, overtime I ended up planning the whole thing! This allowed me to have knowledge and a great insight from a caterer point of view as well.

My venue already have an event coordinator, why do I need a wedding planner?

A venue coordinator has the venue's best interest and most of the time is not aware of all the details you have planned while your wedding planner will have your back no matter what, will know all the aspects of your wedding and will be by your side every step of the way.

What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the the past?

We have worked on weddings as intimate as 25 guests as well as 450 guests!

Will you be present on my wedding day?

We will certainly be there and we cannot wait! You will have the Lead planner you have been working with throughout the months and her assistant coordinator on site, both armed with their emergency kit ;)

How many assistants will attend on my wedding day?

We always have a Lead Planner and her assistant coordinator onsite which is included in any package, however depending on the size and complexity of your event we might have more assistants.
